Who Is Eligible?
Children in grades K-5 who attend one of the participating school districts.
Participating School Districts include: Hillsdale and Jonesville area schools.
The Elementary Success Program helps children by:
Referral Steps:
-Identified need determined by principal, teacher or parent
-Verbal permission for service obtained from parent
-Referral made to Elementary Success Specialist
-School consultation made by Elementary Success Specialist
-Written parental consent obtained
-Success contract established
