Overview
The Hillsdale Elementary Success Program (ESP) is a prevention program for students in grades K-5, helping them adjust to the school environment. We assist students, teachers and parents to jointly reach goals in obtaining a successful school experience.
Who Is Eligible?
Children in grades K-5 who attend one of the participating school districts.
Participating School Districts include: Hillsdale and Jonesville area schools.

Additional Program Information
The Elementary Success Program helps children by:

- Reducing "acting out" behaviors
- Improving social skills
- Providing in-home and at school services
|

Referral Steps:
Identified need determined by principal, teacher or parent
Verbal permission for service obtained from parent
Referral made to Elementary Success Specialist
School consultation made by Elementary Success Specialist
Written parental consent obtained
Success contract established
