This program is available for residents of Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee, Ingham, Shiawassee, Branch, Calhoun, Eaton, and Clinton counties only.

Overview
Michigan Enrolls offers information about Medicaid health plans and can tell you which doctors and specialists are part of each health plan.
Who Is Eligible?
Individuals enrolled in Medicaid that live in Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee, Ingham, Shiawassee, Branch, Calhoun, Eaton, or Clinton county.
Additional Program Information
For residents in Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee, Ingham, Shiawassee, Branch, Calhoun, Eaton, and Clinton counties, the Michigan Enrolls Counselor can give you information to help you choose a primary provider, answer questions you may have about how to get Medicaid services through your health plan and, enroll you in the health plan you choose.
Community Action Agency (CAA) has a full-time Michigan Enrolls Enrollment Counselor available to assist residents of Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee, Ingham, Shiawassee, Branch, Calhoun, Eaton, and Clinton counties with Michigan Enrolls information and to help with the enrollment process.
