2005 Community Assessment

Community Action Agency asked clients for their opinions on the problems facing our community, as well as what they saw as their personal barriers and opportunities. As part of this survey, we also asked that respondents share demographic information about themselves. The Community Assessment summarizes the information provided by our clients throughout the year.

Included in the analysis are comparisons of how client's circumstances or opinions have changed from prior years. Community Action Agency uses all of the information shared by clients to gain insight into how, as an Agency, we can better achieve our mission of helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. The information generously provided by clients and gathered here assists us in designing and refining programs, documenting local unmet needs and providing the data needed to improve the systems that impact our low-income clients' lives.
