Please consider this notification by the Jackson County Continuum of Care (MI-517) that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development 2022 Continuum of Care Supplemental Application to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness; is available. Eligible organizations can apply for this Program Funding through the esnaps system. Information on registration and application is available HERE. Jackson County can apply for up to $731,113 of the unsheltered funds and $0 of the rural funds. All parties applying for funding through this competition must submit their application to the Continuum of Care through the esnaps system by 11:59 p.m. on 9/19/2022.

 

The CoC’s Quality Committee will review all applications, ask for corrections or clarifications, and have a recommendation for ranking for the full CoC body to vote on at the October 4, 2022 CoC meeting. CoC meetings are being held virtually and open to the public to attend by clicking HERE.

 

All applicants will be notified of the status of their application, in writing, no later than 10/15/2022. As the lead agency, Community Action Agency will post this notification and the final submission on its website at: www.caajlh.org, and on the Jackson CoC website at: www.jxncoc.com. All parts of the Jackson County Continuum of Care Supplemental application will be posted for review by October 18, 2022.
