Community Action Agency is accepting sealed bids from licensed contractors for home rehab and remodeling of a residential property in the city of Jackson, MI. Project includes new attic insulation, garage door, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and more.
CAA reserves the right to award the work as specific sections or as a complete package, depending on what is cost effective for the program.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH of the property will take place Friday, February 21, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (EST).
