Community Action Agency is accepting proposals for Property Management Services in Jackson County for the period of October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.
The five (5) locations in the city of Jackson include one location with 4 apartment units, two duplex locations and two single-family dwellings. For a walk-through tour or questions regarding the sites, please contact Laura Reaume at (517) 539-8319 for an appointment. Tours will not be available after Monday September 12th.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 16, 2022.
