Residents of Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale counties with household income up to $69,000 in 2025 can get their tax returns prepared and filed for FREE through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at Community Action Agency.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (517) 247-2099 or online at www.caajlh.itfrontdesk.com.

Anyone with income up to $89,000 can file their federal and state tax returns themselves for free at www.myfreetaxes.com
